  1. Gauntlet Editor 1.0b1 Release Notes

  4. Gauntlet Editor may be copied freely for non-commerical purposes
  5. so long as the contents of the application and this accompanying
  6. file remain unmodified.

  8. This program has been tested on a MacPlus, MacSE, and Mac
  9. II under System 6.0, and works under both Multi- and
  10. Uni- Finder.  The editor was tested on save files created
  11. by the Black and White version.  I can only assume that
  12. they're the same as the Color version.  If it doesn't work
  13. on the color version, let me know.

  15. Known bugs (may or may not be fixed)

  17. Ñ Scroll bars wrap around.  No biggie.  What you see in the
  18.   text box is what you'll get.
  19.  
  20. Ñ Health is limited to 32767.  Gauntlet wraps around at
  21.   9999 so although you may put your health at 32767, you'll
  22.   only see 2767 and when it drops to zero it'll go back to
  23.   9999.  Confusing, but you'll have to manage.

  25. Ñ Score, likewise, is limited to 32767.  If you have a score
  26.   higher than that and you try to edit it, it'll be reset
  27.   to something with the allowable range.  This is a
  28.   deficiency of using scroll bars.  If it's a big problem,
  29.   drop me a note and I'll fix it.

  31. Ñ Everything else seems to work, but I make no guarantees.
  32.   Use it on a backup.
